Details Matter

Whether your marketing message takes the form of a web page, a brochure, a direct mail piece to potential patients, or a simple letter to your current patients, there is an easy way to set yourself apart from other providers in your field in the minds of your targeted audience: Pay attention to the details. Sometimes, that means making sure that the basic building blocks of clear, effective marketing writing are there; other times, it means taking a closer look at seemingly good writing to find and fix hidden problems.
